1. Return Eligibility
- You may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and all accessories.
- Customized or intimate items (if any) may not be eligible for return (unless damaged/faulty).
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide order number, item details, reason for return, and photos (if damaged).
3. Return Shipping
- Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. If it fails inspection (e.g., used, damaged by you, or missing parts), we may reject the return.
5. Refund or Exchange
